How to enroll, update, and offboard employees in the Payroll Employer Hub.

Enroll an employee

  1. Navigate to Employees → Add.
  2. Enter the employee's details and payroll identifier.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

Update employee details

Edit an employee record under Employees → [name] → Edit.

Offboard an employee

Mark an employee as Terminated with their last day of employment; their access to Earnin will be deactivated according to the configured grace period.
